H.B.K. Power Cleaning W.L.L considers planned, accurate and rigorous inspection to be a fundamental process in Surface Preparation and Coating of any substrate.

We provide our customers with a tailor made Inspection Plan to suit their requirement and work closely with them to produce work of highest possible standard.

To this end, H.B.K. Power Cleaning W.L.L has invested heavily in ensuring that their workforce includes sufficiently trained, experienced and qualified personnel to carry out this important task at all levels. To achieve this H.B.K. Power Cleaning W.L.L regularly engages the services of U.K.-based accredited organisations, who are brought to Qatar to train and examine Company personnel to International Standards British Gas).

Scaffolding Services forms an integral part of painting scope. Over the years, we have developed a strong force of scaffolders to cater for our contractual requirements offshore and onshore. Periodic in-house and third party training has rendered them best in the industry. Our Scaffolders and Supervisors are now trained and certified in QP approved courses by Velosi Certification and CITB.

In January 1993, H.B.K. Power Cleaning's Senior Management made a commitment to produce and work to a Quality System in line with ISO 9002.

By the end of 1993, a workable Quality System conforming to ISO 9002 was implemented throughout the Company's Operating Procedures.

During 1994, personnel were further educated and trained to operate the System. Procedures and working instructions were Audited and changes, where necessary, were implemented to improve the Quality System.

A thorough assessment of our Quality Management System resulted in its approval and HBK Power Cleaning achieved full ISO 9002 Certification from BVQI in April, 1997.

The Certificate has been revalidated in April 2000 for the next three years. As the revalidation of the certificates is done only after a comprehensive surveillance of the system by the certifying body, the revalidation in itself is an evidence of the maintenance of effective Quality System.

Transition to new Standard ISO 9001-2000 was completed during first part of 2003. Our QMS as per the new standard was assessed by BVQI during May 2003 and certificate of compliance to ISO 9001-2000 was issued in Aug. 03 for next three years.
